If you lose connection in the middle of a game, you are automatically reconnected once you have re-established your connection.
Poker
If you are disconnected in the middle of a Cash Game, the Time Bank countdown gives you time to reconnect. Each player starts with a 20 second Time Bank; every 50 hands played will result in a further 10 seconds in the Time Bank up to a maximum of 90 seconds.
If you do not reconnect before the countdown expires, your hand will be folded or checked, where possible.
If you are disconnected in the middle of a Tournament, you will be sat out from the table and post blinds until you reconnect. If you run out of chips before being reconnected you will be eliminated from the tournament.
Good to know
Our Poker system includes Time Bank protection, which provides additional thinking time when activated. You can view your Time Bank settings in the game settings menu.
Unable to reconnect
If you are not automatically reconnected to your game, follow the steps below:

Log out, log back in and try again.

If you are using a browser, complete a restart. If you are using the app, uninstall and reinstall the app on your device.

Clear your cache and cookies.

Restart your device, then try an alternative browser and internet connection.
